Retirement Calculation Request

I have been working with North Carolina State Employees for over 20 years helping them save for their retirement.  In that time, I have become an expert in North Carolina's State Retirement System!  

If you work for any State Entity I can help you understand your state retirement pension benefits to make sure you are on track for a smooth and financially sound retirement. 

For existing clients, retirement calculations are provided as an enhanced service.

For those happy with their current investments but want assistance in calculating their North Carolina Retirement I provide calculations as a fee for service.

What's your situation?

New to working with the state or have less than 15 years in the system and want to make sure you understand your benefits? (will not include specific calculations but will go over examples)

$50 for a 30-minute introductory meeting explaining how the retirement system will work for you

You are ready for calculations to help you plan for your retirement or you are 5 years or less away from retiring: 

$130* for calculations only:

• Calculations for your unreduced retirement

• Calculations for a reduced retirement (if you qualify)

• Recalculate within 6 months of original calculations 

• Recalculate within 2 years for an additional $40 fee

• Calculations will include explanations regarding your options 

$180* for calculations plus a 30-minute virtual meeting: 

• Calculations for your unreduced retirement

• Calculations for a reduced retirement (if you qualify)

• If circumstances change will recalculate for free within 6 months of the original calculations

• Will recalculate within 2 years no additional fee

*If you are an employee of a district where I am able to provide a 403b or a 457b I offer a 25% discount.
